RECEPTIVE SPACES – FC NANTES

FC Nantes has significantly enhanced the experience for supporters and partners at the Stade de la Beaujoire, thanks to a series of projects carried out by GL events in its hospitality spaces. These changes, implemented step by step since 2013, have transformed the stadium, originally built in 1984 and renovated in 1998, into a vibrant hub of hospitality and conviviality.

The installation of the Pavilion in 2013 marked the first step in this transformation, now offering a semi-permanent hospitality space of 750 m² (15x50 m) with a 25 m² (5x5 m) catering office designed for the club's VIP partners. This versatile area serves not only during matches but also hosts seminars, conferences, and dinners on non-match days, thanks to its flexible layout and interior design, which includes parquet-effect linoleum, partitions, and club-themed decor.

In July 2022, the stadium saw the addition of two new semi-permanent structures, The Garden and Club 22, further expanding its hospitality offerings. The Garden, a 90 m² (10x9 m) space, and Club 22, a 100 m² (10x10 m) space, complement the existing facilities, providing dedicated areas for partners and players' families, respectively. These spaces also feature meticulously designed interiors, mirroring the high-end finishes and FC Nantes colors of the Pavilion.

The transformation required collaboration across GL events' various expertise areas, from the design of the structures to the interior and exterior finishes. In total, 965 m² of semi-permanent structures were installed in just 5 weeks, meeting FC Nantes' need to diversify its activities and enhance the experience for supporters and partners.

The completion of these pavilions in July 2023 has elevated Stade de la Beaujoire's reputation as a premier hospitality venue for the city.
