Stadium expansion – Provence Rugby
With the refurbishment of the East stands in phase 1, the capacity of the sports arena was increased in 2014 to over 3,567 seats. In 2018, with the construction of the new North stands, the 6,000-seat mark was reached. These stands feature 2,222 seats and a 600 m² panoramic VIP lounge with a view of the pitch. ‘Catering’ areas and washroom facilities have also been set up to provide high-quality services to partners and VIPs during matches, as well as during seminars and receptions held on non-match days. They were built in 2 stages: the structural work, forecourt and reception building were built by the company Fondeville and the grandstand by GL Events. The second stage began with the assembly of the steel frame and the stands. The building work was completed with the fitting-out of the various public and VIP areas.
